Dr. Bilal Ahmad wani working as Technical Assistant At High Mountain Arid Agriculture Research Institute-Leh of SKUAST-Kashmir from 2015. I am Ph.D in Seed Science and Technology from SHUATS, Allahabad, recipient of Gold medal at MSc level with qualification of NET. My specialization is in seed science and plant breeding. Published 16 full length and 6 abstracts in national and international reputed journals/ conferences. I have reviewed many papers of different journals published under the umbrella of Science Domain. Working as investigator in three and co-investigator in two low budget projects of the university. Involved in other assignments of the Institute like production of Certified and Nucleus seeds of different crops and Member of Research committee and Purchasing committee. I have two years and five months of experience as Research Associate in the project NAIP-3 SRLS funded by world Bank.
